Our Delivery Partner

We have partnered with Royal Mail, who exclusively handles all our UK deliveries.

Delivery

At M&J we only operate a standard delivery service, which operates Monday through Friday, excluding all UK Bank Holidays).

UK mainland orders received by 5pm, Monday to Friday, will be dispatched within 2 working days. Orders are processed for delivery on working days only (Monday through Friday, excluding all UK Bank Holidays).

All orders are sent by registered post and will require a signature upon delivery. If you are not present to sign for your order, Royal Mail will leave a telephone number for you to call to make alternative arrangements. To ensure secure and undamaged delivery of your order, Royal Mail will not be able to leave your order at delivery address without a signature from the recipient.

We will take all reasonable care to deliver to the address given. However we will not be liable for non-delivery as a result of incorrect data entry.

Delivery Cost

The cost for each delivery option is dependent on the total weight of the goods you are ordering, and is calculated automatically by our website and included in the price at checkout.

Multi-Package Deliveries

If you order many items at one time, we may need to deliver your order in several packages due to weight restrictions for any individual package.

Dispatch and Delivery Timescales

Orders must be completed on the website by 5pm in order to be included for dispatch within 2 working days. We cannot guarantee dispatch within 2 working days on orders completed after 5pm on any given day.

The delivery timescales we quote to you are indicative only. We have selected Royal Mail as a trusted and proven delivery partner, but unfortunately on rare occasions your delivery may not be made within the exact timescales quoted due to circumstances outside our control, and we will not be liable for late delivery.
