Bavarian Winter

Cinnamon, Vanilla, Cloves & Blackcurrant

The sound of snow crunching underfoot as we arrived back in the village from our wintery woodland walk was soon drowned out by the carolers singing Oh Tannenbaum under the giant Christmas tree in the Marktplatz. We strolled among the glowing little huts selling all matter of handcrafted ornaments, wooden toys and knitted scarves and mittens. With a hot mug of glühwein in hand, we could finally feel our fingers again. The first tentative sips that sweet cinnamon-y, clove-y warmth spread right through us, as if the glühwein itself had travelled right down to our wooly socks.

All candles are hand poured with Love in London with soya wax, recycled glass and environmentally friendly packaging. See our Ethics page for details.

A UK based women's charity will receive £1 for each Large and 50p for each Small candle sold.

Candles are available in two sizes:
– Large candle: burn time of around 60 hours.
– Small candle: burn time of around 30 hours.
